1. Deleting Your Account

1.1 Deletion in the App

To delete your account in the App, follow these steps:

1. Open Liftkin and go to the Social tab.
2. Tap your profile photo at the top right, then tap Edit profile.
3. Scroll down to Account, tap Delete account, and confirm.

In Liftkin 1.1.1 and later, Delete account is located under Profile, Settings, Account.

Your account is deleted immediately.

1.2 Deletion by Email

You may also delete your account without using the App by emailing support@liftkin.fit from the email address associated with your Liftkin account, with the subject “Delete my Liftkin account.” Liftkin will confirm that the request came from you, delete your account within 30 days, and notify you by email when the deletion is complete.

1.3 Information That Is Deleted

Deleting your account deletes the following:

• your profile, username, photo, and bio;
• your workouts, sets, plans, body log, and physique scan results;
• your gym check-ins and daily morning check-ins, and your gym memberships;
• your follows, the squads you belong to, and the messages you sent;
• your Reels, form checks, comments, and likes;
• your drops, achievements, and collection; and
• any Health Data that Liftkin stored from Apple Health, or from Oura or Polar if you connected them previously.

Sign in with Apple access is also revoked.

1.4 Information That Is Retained

The following information is retained after your account is deleted, for the periods described:

• If you created a squad with other members, ownership passes to another member so that the squad continues to function.
• Reported content, including reports you filed and Your Content that others reported, is retained for up to 90 days after it is deleted so that reports can be reviewed. Content found to violate the Community Guidelines is retained for the full 90 days. If every report about the Content is closed without action, the Content is deleted 7 days after the last report is closed.
• Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period, up to 30 days, until those backups expire.
• If you subscribed to Liftkin Pro, Apple and Liftkin’s subscription provider, RevenueCat, retain purchase records under their own policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. You must cancel it in the Settings app on your iPhone (tap your name, then Subscriptions).

2. Deleting Specific Data While Keeping Your Account

2.1 Location of Edit Profile

Edit profile is located on your own profile. To reach it, open the Social tab and tap your profile photo at the top right. In Liftkin 1.1.1, it is located under Profile, Settings.

2.2 Methods of Deletion

You may delete specific data as follows:

• Health Data. In the App, open Social, tap Edit profile, then Health and devices, and disconnect Apple Health, or Oura or Polar if you connected them previously. Liftkin then stops syncing and deletes the data it stored from that source.
• A workout. Open the workout from your history in the Log tab and delete it.
• A Reel or form check. Open the Reel or form check and select Delete.
• Body log entries and progress photos. Delete them under Progress, Body.
• Profile photo and bio. Change or remove them in Edit profile.
• AI features. Turn them off in Edit profile, AI features.

The Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describes how Liftkin handles Health Data, and the Privacy Policy describes how Liftkin handles all of your data.

2.3 Other Deletion Requests

To request deletion of any other data, email support@liftkin.fit from your account’s email address and identify the data to be deleted. Liftkin will delete the data within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.
